Sofia Pernas was born in Morocco and moved to California when she was five. She was raised mainly within Orange County. She received her break into acting in the year of 2015. The same year, she graduated from the University of California San Diego. After making small appearances on NCIS as well as Leverage Pernas got the part of Marisa Sierras in The Young and the Restless.
