Amber Benson bio
Amber Benson (born April 14 in 1970) is an American actress, singer as well as a writer and director. Most well-known is her playing Tara Maclay from the TV show Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Benson also directed her own films Chance, Lovers Liars & Lunatics and starred as the main actress in these films. Additionally, she was her bridesmaid in the Kiss the Bride movie. Benson was born on January 8, 1977, in Birmingham Alabama the daughter of Diane and Edward Benson a psychiatrist. She has a younger sister Danielle, who has a career as an artist. Her father, Benson's was Jewish while her mother was Southern Baptist raised by Southern Baptist parents. Benson was raised in Alabama and went to the Reform church in Alabama. Benson was first seen in movies, such as The Killing Jar. Benson also appeared on TV series like Morganville The Series. Behind the camera Benson utilized her talents as a writer to write her own Ghosts of Albion television series. In 2010 she directed Drones. Buffy, after spending an effort and time to find them, says there are around 1800 Slayers worldwide, with 500 who are part of Scooby Gang. Scooby Gang. Slayers are now able to be revived once they attain an appropriate level of maturation. Soledad, for example was awakened at her sixteenth.
